Our Pinot-Chardonnay Brut Spumante DOC “Castel del Mago” has a bright and lively straw yellow colour with greenish hues and a fine and persistent perlage. The nose is floral, fruity, intense and complex. On the palate, the wine is savoury and reflects the olfactory sensations and it is easy drinking. Vintage - 2023. Grape variety - Chardonnay, Pinot. Alcohol content - 12,5% vol.

“Castel del Mago” sparkling Extra Dry Rosè is made from red grapes of the Alto Monferrato. The wine is fresh, delicate and light and fermented in closed tanks. It is perfect as an aperitive thanks to its roundness and balance. Alcohol content - 12,5% vol.
